Festival of Lights focuses on light and light based technologies. It creates a platform to meet and share one's knowledge and experience working with light. The festival studies the essence of light from the scientific and artistic perspective.

Festival of Lights has always shared the value of World Space Week - strengthening the link between space and society. The festival acknowledges direct and distant impact of light on humans and the environment. The purpose of the festival is to create a social-cultural environment for scientists, artists, entrepreneurs etc.

The main theme of this year’s festival is inspired by World Space Week theme "Exploring New Worlds in Space". The festival is situated in a new location, Luke Manor, but the concept is the same as on two previous years. Science area explains the phenomenon of light. On artistic area the theatrical performance takes place in participation with dancers, singers, actors, light and music.
